We collect information you provide directly, including your name, email address, career profile data (GS level, agency, education), and practice session responses. We also collect usage data such as session frequency, scores, and feature interactions to improve the platform.
Your information is used to personalize your interview preparation experience, generate AI-powered scoring and feedback, track your Career Score progress, and communicate service updates. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.
All data is encrypted at rest and in transit. We use zero-trust authentication, row-level database security, and industry-standard encryption protocols. Our infrastructure is hosted on enterprise-grade cloud providers with SOC 2 compliance.
You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time from your account settings or by contacting us directly. Upon deletion, all personal data is permanently removed within 30 days.

We use third-party services for authentication (Supabase), AI processing (Anthropic), and payment processing (Stripe). Each provider has their own privacy policy and processes data according to their terms. We share only the minimum data required for each service to function.
